• Facilitated coaching and development of young 2022-23 team for ACC Tournament Championship and NCAA birth

• Organized and lead practice drills, host recruiting visits, synthesize player data into daily report for Head Coach

• Dedicated 50+ hours per week in season to practice, film study, coaches’ meetings, games, travel and related activity
