From her freshman year, Meghna has worked as an undergraduate research assistant in the Human Affect

and Pain Neuroscience Lab and has done Odissi dance as a member of Duke’s Indian classical dance team Lasya.

Meghna has also volunteered at Duke FEMMES+, the vaccine clinic, and Duke University Hospital’s surgical waiting rooms.

What Next

Meghna will be conducting research at The Digital Eye Laboratory after she graduates. She has been on the pre-med track and hopes to apply to medical school.
