What Next

Future Plans: will be taking 2 gap years to participate in the National Institute of Health's (NIH) Post Baccalaureate Intramural Research Training Award (IRTA) Program - postbac students receive the opportunity to carry out an extensive research project under the mentorship of any NIH researcher. Application process was highly competitive. Additionally, after the IRTA program, I intend to go on to complete an M.D./Ph,D. program, a dual degree program in which both doctor of medicine and doctor of physiology degrees are rewarded.

Congratulations on your accomplishments. Pray that you will do great things in the next chapter of your life after a job well done. Love, Momma
